Many mutual friendly societies offer investment ISAs which also include many different ethical investment ISAs where your funds are invested in ethical only investments and they are not directly invested in the tobacco, firearms & alcohol industry.
Generally speaking, an ethical Junior ISA will not provide as good a return when compared to a normal Investment Junior ISA but they are regarded as a safer investment for your child’s future.
